NOVELTY - Carbon fiber reinforced nylon-metal nanoplate composite comprises carbon fiber reinforced nylon; a carbon material including graphene or carbon nanotubes; and a metal nanoplates. USE - The nanoplate composite is useful as electromagnetic wave shielding material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanoplate composite can be produced through high-temperature melting process; and can be applied as electromagnetic wave shielding material having excellent electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: electromagnetic wave shielding material comprising carbon fiber reinforced nylon-metal nanoplate; and producing carbon fiber reinforced nylon-metal nanoplate composite, comprising (a) adding carbon fiber-reinforced nylon, carbon material including graphene and carbon nanotubes, and metal nanoplates into a mold and then compressing to produce compressed product, and (b) melting the compressed product at high temperature and then cooling it to room temperature.
