NOVELTY - Electro-thermal film ceramic kettle comprises a ceramic kettle body, glaze and electro-thermal film (4). The kettle body comprises 50-60 wt.% kaolin and 40-50 wt.% spodumene. The kaolin comprises 32-38 wt.% aluminum oxide, 50-60 wt.% silicon dioxide, and less than 10 wt.% potassium, sodium, calcium, iron and unavoidable impurities. The spodumene comprises 5-8.5 wt.% lithium oxide, 20-25 wt.% aluminum oxide, 65-70 wt.% silicon dioxide, and 3.5 wt.% potassium, sodium, calcium, iron and unavoidable impurities. The glaze comprises 55-65 wt.% spodumene, 5-17 wt.% clay, 4-12 wt.% barium carbonate, 10-20 wt.% silicon dioxide and 8-19 wt.% aluminum oxide powder. The clay comprises 30-40 wt.% aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide, and potassium, sodium, calcium, iron and unavoidable impurities. The electro-thermal film comprises resin, titanium carbide, silicon carbide, glass powder, graphene, bismuth oxide, antimony powder, nickel powder, graphite and auxiliary agent. USE - The kettle is useful in electric furnace. ADVANTAGE - The kettle: can withstand a heating power of 7.5 W per square centimeter; reaches a thermal shock of 400°C within 30 seconds; has thermal stability of at least 500°C, vitrification degree of at least 97%, and water absorption of less than 0.3%; overcomes drawbacks in the prior art that the ceramic pot will seep water, which will cause water to penetrate into the electric heating film, cause an arc to damage the electric heating film, and cause electric leakage to hurt people; shows that kettle body is intact after 60 days and 24 hours of uninterrupted aging testing; has power attenuation of 1000 W of less than 30 W; and meets the health safety standard of people for drinking without heavy metal and chemical substance pollution and aging requirement. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the electro-thermal film ceramic kettle.
