▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Photo-electrode comprises catalyst layer (3), adjusting layer (8) and electron transport layer (2) which are sequentially stacked in the stacking direction and are in contact with the adjusting layer and the electron transfer layer. The catalyst layer contains reducing catalyst. The adjusting layer has functional surface on the surface of the catalyst layer, and when the function is recorded as when the reductibility catalyst is independently present. The electronic transfer layer is contained in the material surface of which the functional surface is recorded. The light electrode further comprises first passivation layer. USE - The photo-electrode is useful in optical electrolysis water device of energy system for photoelectrolysis of water. ADVANTAGE - The light electrode can reduce the transmission resistance of the photo-generated charge from the electronic transmission layer to the catalyst, prevents the formation of the transmission barrier, so as to improve the transmission efficiency of the charge from light absorption layer to catalyst and the energy conversion efficiency of whole light electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) light electrolysis water device; (2) energy system; and (3) method for preparing hydrogen by light electrolysis water. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the photo-electrode.
