NOVELTY - High-strength modified polypropylene (MPP) cable protection tube comprises 200-240 pts. wt. MPP resin masterbatch, 100-150 pts. wt. low density polyethylene resin masterbatch, 80-100 pts. wt. composite base material, 50-80 pts. wt. modified acrylic resin, 10-15 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 10-15 pts. wt. antioxidant, 5-8 pts. wt. flame retardant, 5-9 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorber and 10-15 pts. wt. plasticizer. USE - Used as high-strength modified polypropylene (MPP) cable protection tube. ADVANTAGE - The method can solve the problem that the strength and toughness of the existing MPP cable protection tube can not fully adapt to the environment with high requirements, and resulting in small application range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing the high-strength MPP cable protection tube, comprising (1) sending MPP resin masterbatch, low density polyethylene resin masterbatch, composite base material and modified acrylic resin into the mixing tank, introducing carbon dioxide, heating and mixing for 2-2.5 hours, and taking out to obtain mixture, (2) feeding the mixture, crosslinking agent, compatibilizer and plasticizer into the reaction kettle, replacing it with nitrogen for 3-4 times after sealing, using electric stirrer to stir uniformly for 1.5-2 hours at speed of 250-280 revolutions/minute after heating to 75-80degrees Celsius, adding antioxidants, flame retardants and ultraviolet absorbers to the reactor, raising the temperature to 95-100degrees Celsius, and initially fusing the materials in the reaction kettle, where the fusion time is 2.5-3 hours, (3) sending the mixture into the vacuum kneader, continuously adding stabilizers, lubricants and processing auxiliary agent, kneading at 100-110degrees Celsius for 0.5-1.5 hours, loading the obtained raw material particles into the hopper with vacuum feeder after the kneaded mixture is injected into the twin-screw extruder for extrusion granulation, extruding from the mold after the barrel and mold are heated and plasticized, cooling and shaping to obtain the MPP cable protection tube.
