NOVELTY - A mixture of graphene and magnesium chloride is dissolved in isopropanol, and ultrasonic is performed for 2 hours, to obtain uniform suspension liquid. The obtained suspension solution is heated to 70-80 degrees C, stirred and refluxed. Potassium permanganate is dissolved in deionized water. The obtained potassium permanganate solution is added to obtained suspension solution, stirred, refluxed for 2 hours, cooled to room temperature, filtered, washed and vacuum dried at 50 degrees C, to obtain manganese oxide-loaded graphene catalyst used for preparing amide by oxidizing alcohol ammonia. USE - Manganese oxide-loaded graphene catalyst is used for preparing amide by oxidizing alcohol ammonia. ADVANTAGE - The manganese oxide-loaded graphene catalyst has favorable activity with respect to ammoxidation of aromatic alcohol, unsaturated alcohol, fatty alcohol and other organic substances, can be recycled by simple process. The mass ratio of magnesium chloride and graphene is 2:1-8:1. The mass ratio of isopropanol and graphene is 100:1-900:1. The mass ratio of potassium permanganate and graphene is 1:1-5:1. The mass ratio of water and graphene is 50:1-300:1.
