NOVELTY - A photovoltaic junction box material comprises 50-100 pts. wt. polyphenyl ether resin, 1-20 pts. wt. graphene, 20-40 pts. wt. polystyrene resin, 2-10 pts. wt. elastomer, 4-15 pts. wt. flame retardant and 0.4-6 pts. wt. additive. USE - Photovoltaic junction box material. ADVANTAGE - The material has increased toughness and hardness. It has improved shock resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of photovoltaic junction box material comprising taking polyphenyl ether resin, graphene, elastomer and additive, putting into high speed mixer, adding flame retardant, plasticizing, extruding, melting, drawing, cooling, pelletizing, and vacuum drying at 100-150 degrees C for 1.5-2 hours.
