NOVELTY - Conductive rubber comprises 80-100 pts. wt. methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 16-20 pts. wt. basalt short fiber, 20-22 pts. wt. silver glass microspheres powder, 4-6 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. graphene, 1-4 pts. wt. acetylene black, 1-2 pts. wt. gamma -aminopropyl triethoxysilane, 1-3 pts. wt. vinyltrimethoxysilane, 4-6 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. Rhine powder, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. diethyldithiocarbamic acid, 2-5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent and 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent. USE - The conductive rubber is useful in electromagnetic shielding room (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive rubber has excellent liquidity, easy vulcanization, high yield, and easy bonding property with metal and excellent aging resistant performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing conductive rubber comprising (i) adding methyl vinyl silicone rubber, basalt short fiber and silver-coated glass microsphere powder into rubber mixing machine for mixing, (ii) adding carbon nanotubes, graphene, acetylene black, gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane, vinyltrimethoxysilane, zinc oxide and diethyldithiocarbamic acid into rubber mixing machine, mixing for 80-86 minutes to obtain mixed raw gum, and (iv) adding vulcanizing agent and anti-aging agent into mixed base rubber, mixing for 15-18 minutes to obtain rubber composite material.
