▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation method of nitrogen-doped graphene conductive agent involves taking graphite powder raw material to prepare 4-8 wt.% graphene oxide powder using chemical vapor deposition method under atmospheric pressure state and heating in ammonia gas atmosphere at flow rate of 50-300 sccm and temperature of 400-600 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene conductive agent, which is useful for preparing lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene conductive agent with excellent conductivity and yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) nitrogen-doped graphene conductive agent prepared by the method; (2) lithium ion battery, which comprises nitrogen-doped graphene conductive agent; and (3) preparation method of lithium ion battery, which involves mixing 5-10 wt.% binder and solvent to prepare solution, then adding 1-3 wt.% modified graphite conductive agent and finally adding 75-90 wt.% anode active material, grinding into slurry, adjusting The viscosity, coating out aluminum foil on pole piece and roller pressure splitting to obtain anode sheet, mixing 2-4 wt.% thickening agent and deionized water to form adhesive solution, adding 1-2 wt.% graphene conductive agent, then adding 90-98 wt.% cathode active material, finally adding 2-4 wt.% binder, grinding into slurry, adjusting the viscosity, and coating out copper foil on pole piece to obtain cathode sheet.
