NOVELTY - Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant powder coating for oil pipe couplings, comprises component A and component B, where component A includes 35-80 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-15 pts. wt. curing agent, 20-40 pts. wt. filler, and 3-10 pts. wt. anti-corrosion pigment and filler, 0.2-1 pts. wt. benzoin, 0.2-1 pts. wt. fumed silica and other additives, and component B includes 25-65 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 3-12 pts. wt. silicone resin, 6-25 pts. wt. curing agent, 20-40 pts. wt. fillers, 30-50 pts. wt. wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, 0.2-1.2 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-1 pts. wt. fumed silica and other additives. USE - Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant powder coating used in oil pipe and/or couplings (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant powder coating is compatible with epoxy resin, various modified epoxy resins and silicone resins, increases cross-linking density and the hardness of the coating, so that the coating has high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance, has excellent performance, and greatly reduces wear rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant powder coating for oil pipe couplings, which involves: (A) weighing raw materials other than fumed silica in component A and component B, stirring, crushing, mixing, and putting into a melt extruder, melting, mixing and extruding, press tablets, and coarsely crushing into small pieces after air cooling; and (B) pulverizing, grinding, sieving, and finally adding fumed silica, and mixed-form the finished powder of component A and component B.
