▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A composition comprises 90-99.99% oxide of transition metal chosen from titanium, zinc, cobalt, iron and manganese, 0.01-10% noble metal chosen from gold, silver, platinum, palladium and iridium, 1-10% anion chosen from nitrogen and sulfur, and 1-5% reduced graphene oxide, graphene oxide and/or carbon nanotubes. USE - Composition is used for enhanced durability of charge carriers for solar hydrogen production from water splitting (claimed), solar cell, photo catalytic applications and hydrogen generation. ADVANTAGE - The composition has excellent durability of charge carrier, and is manufactured by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composition, which involves heating an aqueous solution of transition metal salts chosen from titanyl nitrate, zinc nitrate, cobalt nitrate, ferric nitrate and manganese nitrate, a source of an anion chosen from amino acids, hydrazine, urea and thiourea and an aqueous solution of noble metal salts chosen from gold chloride, palladium chloride, platinum ammonium chloride, iridium chloride and silver chloride in the ratio of 90:0.01:1-99.99:10:10 at 100-500 degrees C for 10-120 minutes.
