▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An ammonium phytate-graphene modified epoxy resin flame-retardant material comprises ammonium phytate grafted graphene, epoxy resin, curing agent and defoaming agent in a mass ratio of (0.2-1.5):100:(10-20):(0.5-2). USE - Ammonium phytate-graphene modified epoxy resin flame-retardant material. ADVANTAGE - The ammonium phytate-graphene modified epoxy resin flame-retardant material has excellent compatibility, water absorption performance and synergistic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the ammonium phytate-graphene modified epoxy resin flame-retardant material, which involves: (1) adding graphene oxide to distilled water solvent, placing in an ultrasonic disperser to perform ultrasonic dispersion, then adding urea and ammonia, where the mass ratio of graphene oxide and urea is 1:(15-35), adjusting the pH of the solution to 8-10, heating at 90-100 degrees C, reacting for 2-6 hours, carrying out centrifugal separation, washing and drying to prepare an amino-functionalized graphene; (2) adding the amino-functionalized graphene to distilled water solvent, ultrasonically dispersing, adding phytic acid, heating at 100-120 degrees C, reacting for 3-8 hours, removing the solvent, washing and drying to prepare a phytic acid-functionalized graphene; (3) adding phytic acid-functionalized graphene to distilled water solvent, ultrasonically dispersing, adding urea, transferring the solution to a high-pressure reaction kettle, heating at 130-160 degrees C, reacting for 5-10 hours, filtering, washing and drying to prepare ammonium phytate-grafted graphene; and (4) adding phytic acid-functionalized graphene, epoxy resin, curing agent and defoaming agent to acetone solvent, pouring the solution into a film forming mold, and carrying out heat curing to form a film.
