NOVELTY - Graphite powder is oxidized, obtained graphite oxide is added into water, dispersed, obtained graphene oxide solution is dripped into reverse micelle system comprising surfactant, cosurfactant, oil phase and aqueous solution of chloroplatinic acid, then, reducing agent is dripped under heating in water bath for carrying out reduction reaction, demulsifier is dripped into obtained emulsion of platinum and graphene, platinum is supported on graphene carrier, obtained platinum-supported graphene is filtered, cleaned and dried, to obtain platinum-graphene catalyst. USE - Preparation of platinum-graphene catalyst used for proton exchange membrane fuel cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides platinum-graphene catalyst having improved stability and uniformly distributed nanoparticles. The graphene in the catalyst has two-dimensional ductility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphite powder is oxidized, to obtain graphite oxide, based on Hummers method. Obtained graphite oxide is added into water and dispersed under ultrasound, to obtain graphene oxide solution having uniformly distributed single layer. A reverse micelle system comprising surfactant, cosurfactant, oil phase and aqueous solution of chloroplatinic acid is prepared at room temperature. The graphene oxide solution is dripped into the reverse micelle system, and then, reducing agent is dripped under heating in a water bath for carrying out reduction reaction, to obtain emulsion of platinum and graphene. Demulsifier is dripped into the emulsion, and platinum is supported on graphene carrier. Obtained platinum-supported graphene is filtered, cleaned and dried, to obtain platinum-graphene catalyst.
