▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The modulator has a grapheme film layer provided with an electrode. The electrode and a grating are respectively connected with a power supply conductive. A reflection layer reflects the terahertz wave of the Graphene film. The reflecting layer is set at a bottom of a lower insulating medium layer. A substrate layer supports the reflecting layer. The reflecting layer is set on a top of the substrate layer. A conductive rod is connected with the power supply conductive. The electrode is symmetrically arranged on two sides of an upper insulating medium layer. USE - Graphene and grating composite structure based terahertz modulator. ADVANTAGE - The modulator utilizes insulating medium layer and upper insulating dielectric layer form F-P resonant cavity to enhance photon mode local interaction of the electric field with graphene on resonant frequency point so as to realize fast modulation, thus achieving greater modulation depth, and the reflecting layer increases reflectivity, and modulator has a better modulation effect.
