NOVELTY - An ultra-long salt-resistant water-based graphene modified epoxy primer heavy-duty anti-corrosion paint comprises component (A) and component (B). The component (A) comprises 50-60 pts. wt. water-based epoxy resin emulsion, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.11-0.18 pts. wt. anti-flash rust agent and 10-15 pts. wt. water. The component (B) comprises 12-18 pts. wt. curing agent, 15-19 pts. wt. N-methylpyrrolidone, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. anti-sedimentation agent, 2-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 3.6-4.3 pts. wt. film-forming additive, 100-150 pts. wt. zinc powder, 5-10 pts. wt. mica powder and 10-15 pts. wt. talc powder. USE - As ultra-long salt-resistant water-based graphene modified epoxy primer heavy-duty anti-corrosion paint. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem that the graphene is easy to agglomerate in existing products which reduces the paint anti-corrosion performance. The prepared paint has excellent salt spray resistance and abrasion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the ultra-long salt-resistant water-based graphene modified epoxy primer heavy-duty anti-corrosion paint comprising (i) mixing water-based epoxy resin emulsion, modified graphene oxide, anti-flash rust agent and water to obtain the component (A), (ii) mixing curing agent, N-methyl pyrrolidone, anti-sedimentation agent, dispersant and film-forming additive uniformly to obtain a mixture (A), (iii) adding zinc powder, mica powder and talc powder to the mixture (A) and stirring uniformly to obtain the component (B) and (iv) mixing the component (A) and component (B) in a mass ratio of 1: 1 to obtain the anticorrosive paint.
