NOVELTY - Graphene copper alloy of rice straw comprises 5 pts. wt. pure copper, 0.2 pts. wt. of 0.29.99% pure silver, 0.2 pts. wt. beryllium, 0.5 pts. wt. tin, 3 pts. wt. rice straw graphene, 0.1 pts. wt. phosphorus and 1 pts. wt. lead. USE - Graphene copper alloy of rice straw. ADVANTAGE - The graphene copper alloy of rice straw has high hardness, low density, low friction coefficient, good conductivity and good abrasion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing a graphene copper alloy of rice straw, which involves: (A) weighing pure copper, 0.29.99% pure silver, beryllium, tin, rice straw graphene, phosphorus and lead as components; (B) subjecting the pure copper in a sealed furnace, raising the temperature and maintaining at 1100 degrees C, while flushing nitrogen into the furnace, after the pure copper is completely melt, adding silver and stirring for 15 minutes, flushing nitrogen into the furnace and pressure reaches to 1.2 MPa to obtain composite; (C) adding crucible into composite and stirred for 30 minutes, and the liquid is allow to stand until the liquid in the furnace is white, and nitrogen is discharge, and then adding rice straw graphene to the furnace, and then flushing with nitrogen gas, after the pressure in the furnace reaches 1.2 MPa, stirring for 30 minutes, and discharging nitrogen; (D) lowering th temperature and maintained at 950 degrees C, lead is add, and then nitrogen is flush, fter the pressure in the furnace reaches 1.2 MPa, the mixture is allow to stand for 1hour and then stirred for 10 minutes; (E) adding tin to the furnace and stirring for one hour to discharge nitrogen, and temperature is raised and maintained at 1050 degrees C, and nitrogen is again discharge; (F) flushing the chlorine gas into the furnace and allowed to stand for 20 minutes before being discharge, flush nitrogen into the furnace, add phosphorus and stirring for 30 minutes, and discharge nitrogen; and (G) reducing the pressure in the furnace to 0, and the liquid in the furnace is cool to obtain a graphene copper alloy of rice straw.
