NOVELTY - Preparing antirust agent comprises (i) taking 10-35 g/l Isulfonate, 10-30 g/l carboxylate, 10-30 g/l barium petroleum sulfonate, 26-30 g/l, barium dinonylnaphthalene sulfonate 10-30 g/l dodecenylsuccinic acid, 80-95 g/l sodium dodecyl sulfonate 10-30 g/l Benzotriazole, 30-40 g/l triethanolamine, 200-250 g/l thickening agent, 150-200 g/l activator, 10-30 g/l Sodium hydroxide, deionized water and additives; (ii) adding activator and deionized water that are made up of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid in the reactor and heating; (iii) mixing triethanolamine and dodecenyl succinic acid and adding into reaction kettle, stirring to obtain a mixed solution; (iv) adding additives, graphene, coupling agent, additives and surfactants and heating; and (v) adding thickening agent, defoamer and film-forming agent that are made up of gelatin solution and alum solution in the reactor, stirring until the liquid becomes paste and stop stirring USE - The method is useful for preparing antirust agent. ADVANTAGE - The antirust has good stability under the wet state, and is environment-friendly and has good anti-rust performance. The preparation method is simple, the operation is easy, the relative production cost is low, it is more beneficial for industrialization, it does not contain toxic components e.g. sodium nitrite, is healthy and environment friendly, the requirement of environmental protection law, it has good rust resistance, the rust-proof agent has small volatility, and the content of organic compound is low. The film thickness is suitable, and rustproof time is long. The rust inhibitor has good oil-soluble stability, good lubricating and anti-corrosion properties, and good application prospect.
