NOVELTY - A modified bamboo fiber-reinforced polyamide-based cabinet plate comprises 50-60 pts. wt. modified bamboo fiber, 20-30 pts. wt. polyamide fiber, 2-3 pts. wt. nano tourmaline powder, 1-2 pts. wt. hydrogenated castor oil, 0.4-0.5 pt. wt. silane coupling agent, 3-5 pts. wt. maleic-anhydride-grafted polyethylene, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. antioxidant, 5-8 pts. wt. ionic liquid, 1-2 pts. wt. zinc methacrylate, and 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. graphene. USE - Modified bamboo fiber-reinforced polyamide-based cabinet plate (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of cabinet plate, which involves mixing, grinding and dispersing silane coupling agent, nano tourmaline powder, and graphene oxide for 30-40 minutes to obtain a modified nano powder, mixing polyamide fiber, modified nano powder, maleic-anhydride-grafted polyethylene, ionic liquid, and other residual material except modified bamboo fiber, melt-spinning into composite fiber having a length of 50-80 mm and a diameter of 50-100 mu m, mixing with modified bamboo fiber, fiber-opening 2-3 times, carding, needling to obtain a composite fiber felt, and heat-pressing at 200-220 degrees C and 30-40 MPa for 15-30 minutes.
