NOVELTY - Homogeneous immunoassay method based on ortho-position strike effect and graphene oxide quenching acridinium ester chemiluminescence comprises using detection solution comprising DNA1-conjugate, DNA2-conjugate, acridine ester (AE)-labeled DNA3, and graphene oxide (GO) combined antioxidant (AOD). USE - The method is useful for homogeneous immunoassay based on ortho-position strike effect and graphene oxide quenching acridinium ester chemiluminescence. ADVANTAGE - The method: does not require separation and cleaning steps; has simple operation; greatly shortens the clinical test specimen turnover time (TAT); does not require blood samples to be centrifuged, loads whole blood and issues test report within 5 minutes; and realizes anti-interference chemiluminescence detection and immunodetection of small chemical molecules.
