NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-polyurethane composite filter membrane for separating oil and water involves adding dopamine hydrochloride in tris-hydrochloric acid buffer solution with pH value of 8.5, preparing into 2 mg/ml solution, stirring for 24 hours under the aerobic condition, the solution gradually becomes brown-black from colorless and centrifuging by centrifuge. The precipitate is collected and dried under the condition of 55 degrees C, to obtain a poly-dopamine powder. The graphene is dried at 60 degrees C for 12 hours, dissolved in de-ionized water, ultrasonically processed for 30 minutes to obtain graphene dispersion liquid. USE - Method for preparing graphene-polyurethane composite filter membrane for separating oil and water of oil field, and wastewater treatment of printing and dyeing, paper making or electroplating industry (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the hydrophilicity of the surface of the filter membrane, improves the surface roughness of the membrane, enhances the effect of oil-water separation, enhances the characteristic strength of the filter membrane itself, but also enhances the adhesion of the attached filter screen, satisfying the use requirement of various environments.
