▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing graphene electrode material, comprises (a) forming a metal and nitrogen doped graphene, (b) forming spinning solution by mixing polymer, (c) forming mesh structure by spinning the solution using an electrospinning method, and (d) forming metal oxide and nitrogen doped graphene electrode material by heat treatment process. USE - The graphene electrode material is useful as cathode in metal air cell, solid oxide fuel cell and solid oxide electrolytic cell for producing hydrogen and oxygen (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material increases absolute value of voltage, battery activity, produces large amount of current, has excellent catalytic property, provides long-term stability, and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) metal oxide and nitrogen doped graphene electrode material produced by the above method; (2) metal air cell and solid oxide fuel cell comprising a cathode (120) made of graphene electrode material, an anode (110) facing the cathode, and an electrolyte (130) placed between the cathode and the cathode; and (3) solid oxide electrolytic cell comprising a cathode for discharging hydrogen gas formed by decomposition of water, an anode placed opposite to the cathode which is discharging oxygen gas formed by decomposition of water, and an electrolyte placed between the anode and the cathode.
