▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Enzyme/manganese phosphate trihydrate/graphene oxide nanocomposite comprises 15-25 wt.% biological enzyme, 70-80 wt.% manganese phosphate trihydrate crystal and 1-5 wt.% graphene oxide. USE - The enzyme/manganese phosphate trihydrate/graphene oxide nanocomposite is useful for biological enzyme immobilization and industrial catalysis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The enzyme/manganese phosphate trihydrate/graphene oxide nanocomposite: exhibits a unique wheel-shaped flower type nanostructure; realizes the enzyme activity of the immobilized enzyme; improves the storage stability; and provides the technical support for bio-enzyme immobilization, industrial catalysis and other fields. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing enzyme/manganese phosphate trihydrate/graphene oxide nanocomposite comprising (i) dissolving 8-12 mg biological enzyme in 0.2-0.5 mol/l phosphoric acid buffer solution, (ii) taking 0.5-0.7ml, 100-150 mM divalent soluble manganese salt, adding to the mixture formed in step (i) and allowing to stand for 15-24 hours, (iii) adding 1-4 mg graphene oxide to the mixed solution formed in the step (ii), and reacting at room temperature for 15-24 hours, and (iv) washing the precipitate obtained in the step (iii) in the solution, freeze-drying at -50 degrees C to -30 degrees C for 5-7 hours.
