NOVELTY - The kit has a first camouflage sleeve piece provided with a radar absorbing base layer and a photonic crystal infrared stealth layer. A second camouflage sleeve piece is provided with a photonic crystal infrared stealth layer and a radar wave photonic crystal stealth layer. The photonic crystal infrared stealth layer is formed by etching two types of semiconductor dielectric material with periodic dielectric structure of meta-material, which comprises a photonic band gap of visible light and infrared band. The radar wave photonic crystal stealth layer is made of two types of semiconductor dielectric material etching to form meta-material with periodic dielectric structure, which comprises photonic band gap of the radar wave band to select a radar wave band of a certain frequency in the photonic band gap. The radar absorbing base layer is made of coating process on a non-woven fabric coated with wave-absorbing material, which is made of graphene. USE - Meta-material based radar stealth kit for protecting a military target in military camouflage field. ADVANTAGE - The kit utilizes the photonic crystal band gap characteristics to obtain effect of the visible light and infrared band with camouflage in simultaneous manner, and introduces defect in the photo-crystal to realize radar wave band of a certain frequency in radar band gap to select for protecting the military target, thus improving survival probability of a weapon equipment.
