▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Orientation type multi-dimensional filler reinforced polyether ketone ketone composite material comprises high-temperature-resistant polyetherketoneketone as matrix, micron-sized chopped fibers as reinforcing phase, and nano-sized fibers or nanosheets as auxiliary reinforcing phase, where the preparation adopts mixing, extrusion granulation and ultrasonic-assisted injection molding, the process of ultrasonic-assisted injection molding includes with aid of ultrasonic waves, and flows material to be injected into mold for molding. USE - The orientation type multi-dimensional filler reinforced polyether ketone ketone composite material is useful in aerospace and military industry, spacecraft, large power radar and Fifth generation military aircraft design target. ADVANTAGE - The material: has tensile strength at 330℃ is greater than 140 MPa. The composite material has maintained inherent excellent high temperature resistance of polyether ketone ketone, synergistic effect of adding multi-dimensional fillers, improved mechanical properties (strength and modulus), which can apply for excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures of ≥330℃. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing orientation type multi-dimensional filler reinforced polyether ketone ketone composite material, comprising (i) adding micron-scale chopped fibers, nano-scale fibers or nano-sheets and high-temperature resistant polyether ketone ketone powder into high-speed mixer and u uniformly mixing to obtain mixture, (ii) adding mixture into screw extruder to carry out melt mixing and extrusion granulation to obtain composite material granules, and (iii) adding composite material particles to injection molding machine, heating to molten state, and with assistance of ultrasonic waves and flowing materials to be injected into mold for molding to obtain composite material products.
