▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene/ester-ether copolymerized thermosetting polyurethane composite material comprises 0.2-0.7 wt.% graphene, 15-30 wt.% polyether polyol, 15-40 wt.% polyester polyol, 5-15 wt.% isocyanate, 3-7 wt.% blocking agent (A), 2-6 wt.% blocking agent (B), 8-15 wt.% cross-linking agent, 10-20 wt.% deblocking agent, and 0.5-2 wt.% catalyst. USE - Graphene/ester-ether copolymerized thermosetting polyurethane composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material is environmentally-friendly, has high strength, low creep, excellent wear resistance, anti-aging property, and low-temperature resistance, and has performance better than the ester-ether copolymer type thermosetting polyurethane elastomer, and is prepared using rich source of raw materials. The graphene used is prepared using ethane/propane mixture in a supercritical state, which does not additionally increase the greenhouse gas content of the earth surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the copolymerized thermosetting polyurethane composite material, which involves (1) mixing polyether polyol, isocyanate, and blocking agent (A), prepolymerizing to obtain prepolymer (A), mixing polyester polyol, cross-linking agent and blocking agent (B), prepolymerizing to obtain a prepolymer (B), mixing the prepolymer (A), prepolymer (B), graphene, deblocking agent and catalyst, performing cross-linking curing reaction while stirring, and casting.
