▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An active graphene/activated coal composite electrode chip manufacturing method involves weighing graphene and pore reduction agent, and mixing the graphene and pore reduction agent. The mixed material is dried at 600-1000 degrees C to obtain activated graphite. The obtained activated graphene is processed by using modified live graphene, activated coal, electric conduction agent and adhesive. The processed graphene is rolled to form a coal film that is adhered with a current collector through electric conduction. The obtained product is cured to obtain a finished product. USE - Method for manufacturing active graphene/activated coal composite electrode chip that is utilized in a capacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacturing the chip with increased capacity, power density and pressure-proof ability and reduced resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An active graphene/activated coal composite electrode chip manufacturing method involves weighing graphene and pore reduction agent at mass ratio of 1:5-10, and uniformly mixing the graphene and pore reduction agent for 8-24 hours. The mixed material is dried under inert atmosphere at 600-1000 degrees C for 0.5-4 hours to obtain activated graphite. The obtained activated graphene is processed by using 10-90 mass% modified live graphene and 10-90 mass% activated coal, 75-93 mass% activated graphite oxide/active coal mixture, 2-10 mass% electric conduction agent and 5-15 mass% adhesive. The processed graphene is rolled to form a coal film that is adhered with a current collector through electric conduction. The obtained product is cured to obtain a finished product.
