▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene aerogel fiber comprises (i) using polyester, material graphene modifying agent, gas gel powder, sodium silicate and ammonium pentaborate solution, (ii) mixing and dispersing sodium silicate, ammonium pentaborate and gas-gel powder, (iii) spraying mixed solution into spray drying tower, spraying and drying, (iv) placing glass microbead material containing gas gel in electric furnace, drying and foaming, (v) grinding and crushing the polyester slice, (vi) mixing the obtained powder and graphene material, and (vii) extruding and granulating the hollow glass microsphere material containing the gas gel modification agent, drying composite masterbatch, heating and melting, and spinning into bundles after being filtered by a spinning box to obtain graphene aerogel fiber. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene aerogel fiber, which is useful for textile garment made of gas gel. ADVANTAGE - The graphene aerogel fiber has good thermal performance, antibacterial, far infrared function, and antibacterial property, and protects human health.
