NOVELTY - Mold system comprises an upper mold table (1), a lower die table (2) and a lifting pouring unit (3). The upper die table is provided with an upper die (25), and the lower mold table is formed with a placing groove (4). The placing groove is arranged with a limiting plate (5). The silicon ink plate (6) is propped against the limiting plate, and the silicone ink plate is arranged on a connecting cylinder (7). The reinforcing steel bar piece (8) is inserted into the connecting cylinder. The upper and lower ends of the connecting plate and the pouring tube are respectively connected to the upper end of the lifting plate. USE - Mold system for anti-silicon graphene component for use in a prefabricated component production industry of a structure of integrated plate heat preservation. ADVANTAGE - The upper die table and the lower die table are arranged into a drawer sliding structure, so that the whole structure is convenient to die, and the production efficiency is improved. The reinforcing steel bar connecting cylinder is directly adhered on the silicon ink sheet so that when pouring concrete, the reinforcing steel bars will not crack and damage, improving the stability of the connection between the silicon-ink heat preservation plate and the wall. The silicon ink sheets are easy to fall off to provide a mould system for anti-silicon ink component. The manufacturing process of the structure of the mold system is easy to cause crack damage of the nail.
