▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene oxide fiber hybridized with additives involves providing spinning solution containing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene oxide, additives, antioxidants and dispersion media, where the additives include hydroxylated carbon nanotubes, hydroxylated graphene, hydroxylated cellulose nanocrystals, and hydroxylated fibers plain nanofibers, using wet spinning technology. The spinning solution is injected into the coagulation bath at 50-90oC for coagulation and fixation to obtain jelly fibers, then the jelly fibers are extracted and dried to obtain ultra-high molecular weight polyoxo ethylene extraction drying fiber, the coagulation bath includes ethanol, acetone, glycerin, white oil, hexane, and heptane. The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene oxide extraction and drying fiber is fully contacted and impregnated with the solution containing the antioxidant, and then subjected to thermal drawing to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene oxide fiber hybridized with additives. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the gel transition temperature and mechanical property, increases the structure stability of the gel fiber and reduces the concentration of oxygen free radical in the solution.
