▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of desulfurizer involves: 1) reacting mixture of graphene oxide, silicon source, alkali and surfactant, forming reaction liquid A which is separated to obtain a reaction product A; 2) dispersing reaction product A in organic solvent A, adding silane coupling agent, reacting to form reaction liquid B which is then separated; 3) dispersing reaction product B, reducing agent and transition metal salt in deionized water, dropwise adding 0.2-0.6M sodium hydroxide solution at feeding rate 10-20 ml/minute, reacting and separating to form desulfurizing agent. USE - The fuel oil desulfurizer prepared is used as desulfurization residues in modified asphalt used in road base materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fuel oil desulfurizer prepared, when used in petroleum asphalt, improves the performance of the asphalt. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. fuel oil desulfurizing agent. 2. modified asphalt for road base layer. The modified asphalt is obtained by crosslinking 60-80 pts. wt. petroleum asphalt, 5-30 pts. wt. oil product desulfurization residue, 2-10 pts. wt. monomer A, 1-5 pts. wt. monomer B and 0.2-2 pts. wt. initiator. Monomer A is double bond-terminated polyethylene glycol(s) having molecular weight 200-1000. The monomer B is dimercaptothioethyl ether compound(s) of formula (I): R1, R2, R3, R4= H, 1-5C alkyl, 1-5C alkyl carbonyl; # x, y = 1- 4. The oil product desulfurization residue is obtained by mixing a desulfurizing agent and sulfur-containing fuel oil, followed by reacting and separating. 3. process for preparing the modified asphalt which involves adding petroleum asphalt, oil desulfurization residue, monomer A and monomer B into an organic solvent B, followed by adding initiator and performing ultraviolet light radiation polymerization.
