NOVELTY - Configuring method of high-fluidity cement concrete comprises mixing concrete with sulfur aluminate cement, fine sand, coarse sand, mineral powder, hollow glass microsphere, gypsum, oxidized graphene, water, concrete fiber and composite additive,adding fine sand, coarse sand, mineral powder, hollow glass microsphere, gypsum and graphene oxide into forced mixer, stirring, adding concrete fiber, drying for 30-40 seconds, adding 70% water and composite additive and stirring for 20-30 seconds; and adding sulfur aluminate cement, stirring for 60 seconds, adding 30% water, stirring, random sampling, uniformly dispersing concrete fiber into monofilament, stirring again for 20-30 seconds. USE - Method for configuring high-fluidity cement concrete. ADVANTAGE - The method can effectively improve cement concrete, impermeability and frost resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Configuring method of high-fluidity cement concrete comprises mixing concrete with sulfur aluminate cement, fine sand, coarse sand, mineral powder, hollow glass microsphere, gypsum, oxidized graphene, water, concrete fiber and composite additive,adding fine sand, coarse sand, mineral powder, hollow glass microsphere, gypsum and graphene oxide into forced mixer, stirring, adding concrete fiber, drying for 30-40 seconds, adding 70% water and composite additive and stirring for 20-30 seconds; and adding sulfur aluminate cement, stirring for 60 seconds, adding 30% water, stirring, random sampling, uniformly dispersing concrete fiber into monofilament, stirring again for 20-30 seconds. The composite additive comprises vinyl acetate/ethylene (VAE) latex, water reducing agent, air entraining agent and retarder. The water reducing agent is carbonyl. The air entraining agent is sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate. The retarder is phosphoric acid. The preparation of compound additive comprises mixing sodium citrate and water, heating at 38 degrees C, stirring for 15 minutes to obtain sodium citrate solution, adding propylene glycol and VAE emulsion, heating at 85 degrees C, turning on ultrasonic vibration for 5-8 minutes to obtain mixed solution, cooling at room temperature, adding sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate into ice water bath, ultrasonically vibrating for 1 minute, adding phosphoric acid, heating at 60 degrees C under the protection of nitrogen, adding hydrogen peroxide solution, ultrasonically vibrating for 3-5 minutes, neutralizing pH value to obtain composite additive, adding sodium citrate solution into first stage, adding propylene glycol and VAE emulsion, heating at 85 degrees C under ultrasonic vibration frequency; and adding phosphoric acid, heating at 60 degrees C under the protection of nitrogen, adding hydrogen peroxide solution, adding 30% water and stirring.
