▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Security feature device comprises at least one graphene quantum dot comprising a graphene nanoparticle with a diameter of 0.5-60 nm, and including 1-90 layers of graphene disposed in a flexible layer of graphene nanocomposite material (2). An elastic layer of graphene nanocomposite material comprises at least one graphene layer disposed on an adhesive layer. USE - The security feature device is useful in a system for verifying an authenticity of a security printing (claimed), for securing banknotes, holograms, documents, passports, credit cards, excise bands and prints, driving license, identity card, excise forms, personal identifiers, certificates and labels for products with high value and at risk of counterfeiting. ADVANTAGE - The security feature device: utilizes the graphene nanocomposite material which exhibits anisotropy of physical properties and is resistant to moisture and condensation, splashing, water-damage, corrosion, dust, multiple deformation and changes at temperature of -40 to 70 degrees C; and does not require a constant power source. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a system for checking an authenticity of a security printing (3), comprising: a security feature (1) comprising at least one graphene quantum dot; a device (d1) adapted to emit a radiation in a range for excitation of at least one graphene quantum dot contained in a security element; and a detector adapted to detect a luminescence radiation of at least one graphene quantum dot contained in the security element; and (2) verifying an authenticity of a security printing, comprising providing a security element comprising at least one graphene quantum dot, the device (d1), and the detector. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a pattern made of graphene quantum dots on a flexible substrate. Security feature (1) Nanocomposite material (2) Security printing (3)
