A double-layer graphene aluminium-plastic composite belt, comprising an aluminium foil substrate layer, a graphene substrate layer, an adhesive layer and a release material layer, wherein the graphene substrate layer is grown on the upper and lower surfaces of the aluminium foil substrate layer by the CVD chemical vapour deposition method; the graphene substrate layer is adhered with a release material layer through the adhesive layer. The graphene substrate layer of the utility model is grown on the upper and lower surfaces of the aluminium foil by CVD; compared with the original single-layer aluminium foil, it has better shielding effect; and the graphene substrate layer can quickly radiate; it increases the applicability of the product; at the same time, it can improve the elastic and anti-aging of the whole composite belt.
