▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide/poly eutectic solvent molecularly imprinted composite material prepared by modifying the thiol-functionalized graphene oxide surface by using a eutectic solvent as a monomer and a crosslinking agent in the form of an imprinted polymer, is claimed. USE - The graphene oxide/poly eutectic solvent molecularly imprinted composite material is used as adsorbent for sample pretreatment. ADVANTAGE - The low eutectic solvent is used as monomer and the crosslinking agent, azobisisobutyronitrile is used to simultaneously initiate the mercaptoene click reaction and the free radical polymerization reaction, surface molecular imprinting on graphene oxide sheets has fast mass transfer rate and high selectivity as an adsorbent material, and can be used for extraction and detection of protocatechuic acid, chlorogenic acid and 3,5O dicaffeoylquinic acid. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite material, comprising (1) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in a mixed solution of ethanol and water, so that graphene oxide is uniformly dispersed, adding (3-mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane, adjusting the system to alkaline, reacting in an oil bath at 50-70°C for 4-12 hours in a nitrogen atmosphere, filtering, washing, and freeze-drying to obtain thiol graphene oxide, (2) synthesizing deep eutectic solvent as monomer and crosslinking agent respectively, specifically, the synthesis of the deep eutectic solvent is prepared by uniformly mixing the hydrogen bond acceptor and the hydrogen bond donor and heating at 80-100°C for 0.5-4 hours, (3) dispersing the prepared sulfhydryl graphene oxide in a solvent, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly to obtain a sulfhydryl graphene oxide dispersion, stirring and dissolving the monomer, the crosslinking agent and the template epinephrine respectively in the solvent, and then adding to the mercapto-graphene oxide dispersion liquid to carry out self-assembly by stirring, (4) taking azobisisobutyronitrile and adding it to the mixed solution after the self-assembly of step (3) is completed, then after airtight treatment under nitrogen atmosphere, reacting in an oil bath at 60-80°C for 12-36 hours, and (5) washing using methanol-acetic acid (9:1) to remove template molecules, then washing with methanol, using deionized water to wash to pH 7, and freeze-drying to obtain graphene oxide/poly eutectic solvent molecularly imprinted composite material.
