▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Silicone adhesive comprises an inorganic electrically and thermally conductive material. The inorganic electrically and thermally conductive material comprises nano-silver material, nano-alumina, boron nitride and graphene composite material. The nano-silver material comprises flake and spherical nano-silver material. The nano-alumina is cylindrical alpha -alumina. The boron nitride is coated with graphene. USE - Silicone adhesive is useful for electronic component packaging and insulation potting applications. ADVANTAGE - The silicone adhesive has excellent thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for preparing the silicone adhesive, which involves (a) mixing boron nitride with hydrogen peroxide and concentrated sulfuric acid mixed solution in volume ratio of 1:3, mechanically stirring at 150-200 rpm for 1-2 hours, taking out, fully washing and drying to obtain hydroxylated boron nitride, (b) placing the hydroxylated boron nitride in graphene oxide solution, uniformly stirring, dripping glucose and heating under uniform stirring condition to obtain graphene-coated boron nitride, (c) diluting coupling agent with an ethanol solution, adding the solution to a reaction kettle, uniformly stirring using a high-speed stirrer, adding graphene-coated boron nitride, alumina and silver paste, carrying out high-speed stirring for 1 hour, carrying out vacuum low-speed stirring for 4 hours and removing ethanol to obtain a composite thermal-conductive filler, and (d) adding silicone gel to a planetary mixer stirred tank, adding composite thermal-conductive filler, stirring, then adding tetraethyl orthosilicate as crosslinking agent and dibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst, continuously stirring at low temperature for 60-90 minutes and vacuumizing to remove bubbles to obtain the silicone adhesive.
