▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The antibacterial fabric has a fabric layer (1) that is woven from cotton fibers. The adhesive layer (2) includes a structural layer formed after the surface of the fabric layer is finished with polyethyleneimine and plays a role of excessive bonding. The graphene layer (3) includes a structural layer with main antibacterial effect formed after graphene oxide is heated and pressed on the surface of the bonding layer. The protective layer (4) includes a structural layer formed by cross-linking the epoxy resin glue on the surface of the adhesive layer and mainly protects the structure layer. The epoxy resin glue is obtained by mixing epoxy resin, polyetheramine and benzyl alcohol. USE - Antibacterial fabric such as traditional kapok fiber fabrics, chitosan fiber fabrics, and hemp fiber fabrics. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based antibacterial fabric has good anti-wear ability on the surface, and used for a long time. The graphene layer is not easy to wear or fall off, and have more durable antibacterial performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for production of antibacterial fabric. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of an antibacterial fabric.
