NOVELTY - Thermochromic light-adjusting device comprises a first transparent substrate layer, a second transparent substrate sheet and a color-changing layer. An electric heating layer is clamped between the first and second transparent substrates. The color changing layer is provided with a reversible temperature-sensing color changing material. USE - Thermochromic light-adjusting device i.e. active color dimming device, for use in an intelligent dimming field. ADVANTAGE - The thermochromic light-adjusting device can control the temperature of the temperature sensitive color changing material in the color changing layer by electrifying and heating the electric heating layer, so as to realize the device capable of actively dimming with the desire of people. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a thermochromic light-adjusting device.
