▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-containing epoxy zinc powder coating comprises first component (comprised of zinc powder, graphene and epoxy resin) and second component (comprised of curing component), and conductivity of graphene is 500-5000S/cm, preferably 2000-3500 S/cm. USE - The graphene-containing epoxy zinc powder coating is useful in steel structure, ship, offshore platform and offshore wind power device (claimed), and in metal, railway, road bridge, automobile, and metallurgy industry. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has strong salt fog/moist heat resistance, high adhesive force, good UV aging resistance, neutral film thickness, good coating performance (not bubbling, not peeling), simple construction process (spraying, brush coating), small zinc addition amount, good salt mist resistance/wet heat resistance and good anti-aging performance, and prevents corrosion of various metal substrates. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the coating, comprising (i) mixing graphene, filler, first solvent, zinc powder and auxiliary agent, and performing high speed cutting; (ii) mixing epoxy resin with mixed material obtained in step (i) and then grinding; (iii) mixing the mixed material obtained in step (ii) with glycidyl ether silane and hydroxy triazine and performing high-speed shearing to obtain first component; (iv) adding curing agent, curing accelerator and the second solvent, performing high speed cutting to obtain the second component; and (v) mixing the component and second component to obtain the graphene-containing epoxy zinc powder coating.
