NOVELTY - Degradable magnesium-based tumor bone cutting edge filler comprises degradable pure magnesium or magnesium alloy as base material. USE - The degradable magnesium-based tumor bone cutting edge filler is used in bone tumor osteotomy post-surgical artificial prosthesis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The degradable magnesium-based tumor bone cutting edge filler kills residual micro-lesion/tumor cell in situ non-invasive way under the action of excitation light source, at the same time, in a long time after operation, through corrosion degradation of the magnesium matrix, continuously releases the anti-tumor ions or gas, ensures long-term stable anti-tumor recurrence effect, and promotes bone reconstruction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the degradable magnesium-based tumor bone cutting edge filler comprising obtaining a cast ingot of magnesium or magnesium alloy by alloy smelting and casting method, plastic processing and/or machining the cast ingot to prepare a profile with different shapes and sizes, the profile comprises a tubular product, a wire material, a strip material or a foil material, and after the profile is formed, obtaining the magnesium-based substrate with a predetermined shape; and (2) an application method of the degradable magnesium-based tumor bone cutting edge filler, where the tumor bone cutting edge filler and artificial prosthesis are used in combination, the tumor bone cutting edge filler is assembled on the artificial prosthesis, the artificial prosthesis and tumor bone cutting edge are placed at the joint of the artificial prosthesis after the osteotomy of the bone tumor.
