▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced alloy composite material comprises (i) taking graphene oxide aqueous solution as raw material, preparing porous graphene colloid, melting the first part alloy into alloy solution, pouring into the porous graphene colloid, hot extrusion, crushing into powder I, at the same time, smelting the second part alloy into alloy melt, adding high-purity silicon powder into the alloy melt, stirring and mixing uniformly, using limited circular seam nozzle, atomizing to obtain powder II, combining powder I and powder II, mixing uniformly to obtain pre-treated alloy powder, (ii) placing the pre-processed alloy powder in the high-purity square boat, transferring to the high temperature tubular furnace, oxidation-reduction treatment, then through methane and hydrogen for graphene growth to obtain coated alloy powder, and (iii) pre-forming the coated alloy powder, sintering to obtain the graphene-reinforced alloy composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-reinforced alloy composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-reinforced alloy composite material prepared by the above mentioned method.
