▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The plate has an insulating anti-corrosion shielding coating and a wavy graphene anti-corrosion conductive coating, which are arranged on a surface of a copper substrate. The wavy graphene anti-corrosion conductive coating is arranged in the middle of one side surface of copper substrate. The insulating anti-corrosion shielding coating is arranged on both sides of the wavy graphene anti-corrosion conductive coating. USE - The plate is useful for anodizing. ADVANTAGE - The plate: has larger valid area, which improves the uniformity of current density distribution in the anode groove body; reduces the negative influence of heat generation and reduces the adsorption of bubbles generated on the cathode plate on the quality of anodized workpiece products; increases the electric field strength between the cathode plate and the anode material to improve the efficiency; and utilizes the low surface energy microstructure to quickly release the bubbles generated during the anodization process, thus reducing the variation of electric field and improving the uniformity.
