NOVELTY - The battery has an electrolyte layer, a back electrode layer, an anode layer and a light sensitizing agent layer provided with a nano-ceramic material and a three-dimensional (3D) graphite alkenyl porous structure. The nano-ceramic material is made of tiitanium dioxide, zinc oxide, tin oxide, niobium oxide powder, indium oxide powder, copper oxide, cadmium selenide nanocrystals, cdmium telluride, cadmium sulfide, phosphate buffered saline, tantalum nitride, gallium arsenide, ferric oxide, covellite and copper sulfide. USE - 3D graphene based photovoltaic battery for an electron collector and a transmission system. ADVANTAGE - The battery is inexpensive, and improves anode light to absorb sensitizing agent so as to improve current density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a 3D graphene based photovoltaic battery preparation method.
