NOVELTY - A modified graphene doped lithium titanate composite cathode material comprises lithium titanate material which is coated or doped with doped graphene. The doped graphene is coated or doped at 10-20 wt.%. USE - Modified graphene doped lithium titanate composite cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The composite cathode material has improved conductivity, increased capacity and high-rate charge and discharge characteristics. The production method of the composite cathode material is easy to operate, and suitable for industrial large scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of modified graphene doped lithium titanate composite cathode material comprising: (A) mixing raw material and doped graphene oxide an grinding, under an inert atmosphere, heating at 600-800 degrees C for 6-8 hours, cooling to obtain doped graphene, where the doping element is present at 8-10 wt.%; (B) preparing lithium titanate precursor according to mol ratio of lithium to titanium at 0.84 and weighed lithium carbonate and titanium dioxide, ball milling in ethanol for 2-4 hours in mixed dispersion medium, drying, heating at 500-600 degrees C for 6-8 hours, and cooling to obtain lithium titanate precursor powder; and (C) ball milling the graphene doped with lithium titanate precursor, where the weight ratio of the doped graphite to alkenyl lithium titanate precursor is 1:4-1:9, heating under an inert atmosphere at 800-1000 degrees C for 8-12 hours, and cooling to obtain doped graphene, where the coating amount of lithium titanate composite material is 1-20%, and the inert atmosphere is argon or helium atmosphere.
