▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - A heterogeneous two-dimensional laminate comprises a multilayered hexagonal boron nitride layer, and a two-dimensional material layer arranged on the boron nitride layer. The two-dimensional material layer contains a defect region. USE - Heterogeneous two-dimensional laminate for gas/moisture barrier film for organic LED (OLED) used in flexible and transparent electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The laminate has excellent gas barrier performance, bending performance, transmittance, transparency than the existing laminate, minimized gas/moisture permeation through the defective region, and is economically manufactured by a simple method. The boron nitride layer has excellent performance, optical properties and water permeability.
