▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Recovering antibiotics from effluent having the combination of membrane technological systems, comprises: (a) pre-treating a raw effluent using ultra-filtration membrane to recovery antibiotic crystals and reduce the fouling intensity in downstream process; and (b) separation of multiple solvents and antibiotic from above obtained pre-treated effluent by using a single of the combined process made of distillation, membrane distillation, forward osmosis and centrifuge at 30-40° C. USE - The method is useful for recovering antibiotics from effluent having the combination of membrane technological systems. ADVANTAGE - The method: recovers antibiotic with high water flux in the range 20-28 LMH, lower specific reverse salt flux i.e. 0.05 g/l for sodium ions and 0 g/l for calcium ions, and higher salts rejection greater than 99.5%; provides the yield of the recovered antibiotic crystals obtained at 97-100%) and purity of 99%; aids in the high and continuous recovery of antibiotic by the combination of membrane separation process including ultrafiltration, vacuum membrane distillation, membrane distillation and forward osmosis; and provides quicker and economical recovery of the antibiotics.
