Thickness of the graphene thin film layer is 1-10 nm. Thickness of the silver film layer is 10-80 nm. USE - Graphene thin film sensitivity D-type optical fiber SPR sensor for use in biology, chemistry and medicine detection fields. ADVANTAGE - The sensor is small in size and light in weight, and ensures quick response. The sensor has wide application range. The sensor can detect micro-gas, liquid, chemical elements and DNA. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a graphene thin film sensitivity D-type optical fiber surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor.
