▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based three-dimensional macroscopic material, comprises (a) subjecting the aqueous solution of graphene oxide to hydrothermal treatment to obtain graphene-based hydrogel; and (b) soaking graphene hydrogel in the aqueous solution containing matrix component, taking out and freeze-drying, where the matrix component comprises polyvinyl alcohol, benzenesulfonic acid and/or sulfonic acid. USE - The graphene-based three-dimensional macroscopic material is useful as the adsorbent for the separation and enrichment of amphetamines in environmental water samples, for preparing the solid phase extraction device for separating and enriching the amphetamines in the environmental water sample, and separation and enrichment of amphetamines in environmental water samples (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene-based three-dimensional macroscopic material without carrier and crosslinking agent, simple preparation, low cost, stable physicochemical property, high specific surface area, easy accumulation and blockage problem, and the amphetamine in the environment water sample has high specific adsorption capacity and enrichment efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene-based three-dimensional macroscopic material; (2) a solid phase extraction device for separating and enriching amphetamines in environmental water samples; and (3) separating and analyzing amphetamines in environmental water samples by using the solid phase extraction device.
