▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Hydrophobic insulating coating comprises aluminum oxide nanoparticles and graphene, where ratio of alumina nanoparticles and graphene is 0.8-1.2:100. The insulating hydrophobic coating is foamy and has porous structure. The thickness is 50-1.0 microns. USE - Hydrophobic insulating coating used in insulating building wall body (clamied). ADVANTAGE - The hydrophobic insulating coating has high thermal conductivity, low thickness, good heat insulation and heat preservation hydrophobic, and is suitable as building wall heat insulation coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing hydrophobic insulating coating, which involves: (A) dispersing aluminum oxide nano-particles in solvent to obtain first dispersion, mixing graphene and foaming agent with first dispersion, and adjusting viscosity to 2000-6000 megapascal second to obtain second dispersion, coating second dispersion on clean wall surface to obtain wet coating, processing wet coating to heat treatment; and (B) heating foaming agent and decomposing, and heating volatilization of solvent to obtain hydrophobic insulating coating, where thickness is not more than 1 mm.
