▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Corrosion-resistant film with high emissivity and high thermal conductivity comprises 10-60 wt.% radiation main material, 1-6 wt.% dispersant with a conjugated structure, 20-50 wt.% agglomerant and 10-50 wt.% solvent. The mass ratio of radiation main material is graphene powder: hexagonal boron nitride: titanium oxide is 1-4:1-4:1. USE - The film is useful for applying to the IGBT module housing for heat dissipation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film: has good corrosion resistance, high hardness and high radiating efficiency; has dual functions of heat dissipation and anti-corrosion and reduces the energy consumption of the IGBT module and saves energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing corrosion resistant film with high emissivity and high thermal conductivity comprising (1) preparation of mixed powder: mixing the graphene powder, hexagonal boron nitride, titanium oxide and dispersant with conjugated structure to form uniform suspension, drying at normal pressure to obtain the complex powder, (2) preparation of coating: uniformly mixing the complex powder in the step (1) with the bonding agent and solvent to obtain the coating and (3) spraying the coating on the radiating metal substrate, drying and solidifying to obtain corrosion resistant film with high emissivity and high thermal conductivity.
