NOVELTY - The graphene layer has a flat type graphene layer (10) that is arranged to provide contact with the electronic component. An elastic layer (20) comprising a resilient material (22) and a radiation material (24) are formed on one side of the graphene layer for protection against heat. The resilient material is made of ethylene-propylene-diene (EPDM) rubber for flexibility and the heat radiation material is made of carbon nano tube or graphite material. A resin layer (30) is formed on the lower side of the graphene layer to remove the deformity due to the heat. USE - Thermal spread sheet for electronic device e.g. display device and electronic components. ADVANTAGE - High durability is achieved using the graphene layer having high diffusion characteristic. The electronic devices are prevented from heat radiation since the elastic layer is formed on the one side of the graphene layer. Thus flexibility of the thermal sheet is achieved hence the thermal sheet is applicable for various electronic devices.
