▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High content aqueous graphene dispersion comprises methyl 3-methoxypropionate (MMP), ethanol, wetting agent, graphene, ternary block copolymer dispersant, pH regulator, defoamer and deionized water. The ternary block copolymer dispersant (I) is prepared by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT), where anchoring group is carboxylate anion, sulfonate anion and phosphate anion. It is prepared by adding itaconic acid, sodium p-styrene sulfonate, methacryloxyalkyl alcohol phosphate, RAFT chain transfer agent, and solvent into a reaction kettle through nitrogen (N2) protection, starting stirring and uniformly dissolving, raising the temperature, uniformly dripping solvent solution containing initiator, continuously reacting, slowly adding alkali solution and deionized water and adjusting the pH to obtain the ternary block copolymer dispersant. USE - High content aqueous graphene dispersion used in aqueous anticorrosion paint, aqueous UV/LED coatings, composite material, conductive thin film material, friction material and sensor fields. ADVANTAGE - The high content aqueous graphene dispersion has good nanoparticle diameter and narrow distribution, transparency, compatibility, storage stability, excellent corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, lubricity, oil resistance, alcohol resistance, water resistance and salt mist resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - High content aqueous graphene dispersion comprises 5.0-15.0 wt.% MMP, 15.0-40.0 wt.% ethanol, 2.0-5.0 wt.% wetting agent, 10.0-20.0 wt.% graphene, 10.0-25.0 wt.% ternary block copolymer dispersant, 0.1-0.5 wt.% pH regulator, 0.1-0.5 wt.% defoamer and balance deionized water. The ternary block copolymer dispersant is of formula (I) and prepared by RAFT, where anchoring group is carboxylate anion, sulfonate anion and phosphate anion. It has number average molecular weight of 3000-8000 and polydispersity index (PDI) of less than or equal to 1.2. The ternary block copolymer dispersant is prepared by adding 10.0-30.0 pts. wt. itaconic acid, 5.0-15.0 pts. wt. sodium p-styrene sulfonate, 10.0-20.0 pts. wt. methacryloxyalkyl alcohol phosphate, 1.0-3.0 pts. wt. RAFT chain transfer agent, 40.0-80.0 pts. wt. solvent into a reaction kettle through N2 protection, starting stirring and uniformly dissolving, raising the temperature to 50-100 degrees C, uniformly dripping 8.0-15.0 pts. wt. solvent solution containing 10% initiator for 0.5 hour, keeping at 50-100 degrees C, continuously reacting for 6-8 hours, slowly adding alkali solution and deionized water and adjusting the pH at 7-8 to obtain the ternary block copolymer dispersant. n=5-20; and p, m=4-10. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high content aqueous graphene dispersion comprising adding deionized water, ethanol, MMP, wetting agent and ternary block copolymer dispersant into dispersing barrel, stirring uniformly, adding graphene powder, dispersing for 30-45 minutes at 1000-1200 revolutions/minute (rpm), adding in a nano-sand mill, circularly grinding for 6-12 hours until particle diameter D50 is less than 350 nm, transferring in a mixing cylinder at 300-500 rpm, adding pH regulator and defoamer, stirring for 20-30 minutes, filtering with 200-mesh filter screen, and packaging the high content aqueous graphene dispersion.
